Psalms 84, is it applicable to believers ?

When I read the psalms, how do I know if its applicable to believers or not ?

What about Psalm 84 makes you question whether it's applicable to believers?

It's true that doctrine divides. It's also true that love unifies. The unity we have in the faith is rooted and grounded in truth and love. Remove truth (right theology and doctrine) from the mix and you have less than Biblical unity. Remove love and you have no unity. Love causes us to seek truth and share that truth with others so that we become more unified. God is truth, and as we are more acquainted with His truth, the closer we are to Him, and the closer we become to each other

I don't know I'm asking you Neutral
When I look at a psalm , are there promises that I can apply to my life ?
Remember I came from a wack denom that used scripture outta context and prooftexted it until God seemed like a magic genie.

So I'm tryin' ta learn the parameters.

psalms 84:11 ... specifically I guess .... "...no good thing will the Lord withhold from those who do what is right"
I was wonderin' if this applies to me
what are the stipulations and conditions
etc
